Kem Tolliver, CMPE, CMC, CMOM
For over 20 years, Kem has provided strategic and operational leadership to medical practices and hospitals. As a national and regional SME, Kem also develops and delivers educational content to industry leadership. She is the co-author of MGMA®’s “Revenue Cycle Management: Don’t Get Lost in the Financial Maze” and created and delivered MGMA’s first-ever Revenue Cycle Management Certificate program.
Jan Hailey, MHL, CMC, CMIS, CMOM, CMCO
Jan Hailey has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. She is proficient in administration, coding, and billing roles, and teaches medical office professionals around the country how to excel in their careers. During her expansive career, she served as Saint Joseph Health System’s Care Management Director where she developed a documentation improvement program and a Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding education program to predict future healthcare utilization by accurately reporting patient complexity.
Lynn Robison, CMC, CMOM, HRMC
Lynn has been in the healthcare field for 30 years with experience in medical practice administration, finance, human resources, and pharmacy. Lynn is currently the Director of Physician Relations & Professional Education with the Medical Society of Delaware. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Administrative Services for Delaware Sleep Disorder Centers, overseeing operations for accounting, scheduling, human resources, and billing and worked for Delaware’s largest hospital, Christiana Care Health Services, where she managed four physician timeshare offices. She is past President of the Delaware Medical Group Management Association and served on their Board of Directors. Lynn enjoys family, music, golf and the beach.
Linda D’Spain, CMPE, CMC, CMIS, CMOM, CMCO
Linda has more than 30 years of medical administrative experience. She has led offices for a number of specialties with broad responsibilities in business and clinical operations, as well as financial, HR, customer service, information systems management, and compliance. She has also served as an Independent Review Organization (IRO) for the Office of the Inspector General and consulted for the Texas Medical and Dental Boards.
